I draw from trauma-informed CBT, DBT, IFS, somatic therapy, feminist relational theory, motivational interviewing, humanistic therapy, harm reduction, and other approaches as appropriate. Together, we’ll explore how your emotions, relationships, body, and lived experiences can guide you toward growth and healing. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a holistic modality in which ketamine is used as a complement to psychotherapy to help eligible patients experience more frequent breakthroughs and sustained improvement in symptoms.
Nicole manages the psychotherapy portion of the experience, while Journey Clinical’s medical team supports you on all medical aspects. This includes determining eligibility, developing a custom treatment plan, prescribing the medicine and monitoring outcomes. Click here for more information about KAP to help you navigate if it may be a good fit for you.
Who this therapy is for:
Adults aged 18+
Research shows promise for ketamine in treating depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder and other trauma-related disorders, and substance use disorders, among other mental health issues.
Ketamine is increasingly used as a treatment for various chronic treatment-resistant mental and emotional conditions, often used after other treatment approaches have been unsuccessful.
Psychosocial Evaluations
Certain life milestones and challenges require more than paperwork—they call for compassion, understanding, and thoughtful assessment. Psychosocial evaluations can feel overwhelming, but they don’t have to be. In our work together, I’ll approach your evaluation with care and respect, ensuring you feel seen as a whole person—not just a checklist. My goal is to provide thorough, supportive evaluations that honor your experiences and help you take your next step forward.
